FAITH WEST Mod-ifies its name to MODERATI

Leading Mobile Content and Technology Firm Officially Loses the Faith; Changes Name To Align with Its Popular Consumer Brand, Modtones

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF. - March 7, 2005 - Faith West Inc., a mobile entertainment company providing popular content and technology to wireless carriers around the world, announced today that it has formally changed the company name to Moderati.

Faith West originally adopted its name from its Japan-based parent company Faith, Inc. when the U.S. operation was established in 2001. Faith, Inc.'s global brand recognition helped the start-up successfully enter the U.S. mobile entertainment market. Having established a solid foothold in the industry, Faith West now plans to expand under a new identity while its parent company will continue to operate as Faith, Inc.

"We've achieved a high level of recognition for our Modtones brand over the past few years," said Carolynne Schloeder, President of Moderati. "And the "mod" vibe influences everything we do. Moderati has a great ring to it, and it better reflects our personality and consumer orientation."

"We're pleased with our success with Modtones in the U.S. market," said Masato Nakanishi, Chief Operating Officer of Faith, Inc. "The time is right to align the company brand with its main offering."

Moderati, operating under the same management team and infrastructure, will continue to deliver the same high-quality products and services while working to develop compelling new offerings in the future under the Moderati brand. The company's first formal appearance as Moderati will be at the CTIA trade show in New Orleans the week of March 14, 2005.

Headquartered in San Francisco, CA, Moderati can be found online at www.moderati.com.
